This was my lunch and it was delicious.
I call this dish the millennial bowl, but it may as well be toast…Anyone who is into nice food & aware of trends in the past 12 years probably eats some variation of this bowl for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Does a body right & is quarantine cooking mantra approved…

1-2 cups chopped broccoli (boiled 90 seconds in salted water and drained)
1/2 cup cooked farro ( I like to cook it in a nutritious broth like bone broth for protein or a hearty veg stock). ⭐️Sub any grain of choice.
Pickled red onions
Diced avocado
Poached egg
Sambal Olec (chili sauce)
Citrus vinaigrette (last post)
Nutritional Yeast & Furikake sprinkle
