


It’s always a good idea to make a big batch of bone broth belly love. I based this on a recipe by @paleochef. Called Wild Thing Bone Broth.

Adding lots of collagen and protein via broth to your diet is super helpful for gut health, general healthy and frankly just feeling full.
It helped me curb myself away from sugar and excess carbs.
Seeing as I don’t eat much meat, drinking broth keeps my protein up while aiding digestion.
M a k e I t . . .
•3 lbs grass-fed beef bones
•1 lbs chicken livers
•3 organic egg shells
•1/4 c apple cider vinegar
•3 tbsp sea Salt
•2 tbsp black pepper
•2 tbsp ground turmeric
(Or fresh)
•Garlic (5 cloves)
•Ginger (3 inches)
•Fresh thyme and oregano
Optional spice/veg->use what you have.
•Cayenne pepper/dried chilies
•Nigella seeds/Black seeds
•Indian coriander
•Dried cloves
•Dried mushrooms
•Celery
•Leeks/onion
•Carrot
Add all ingredients to the pot with cold water 2-3 gallons for a batch this size.
Bring to boil then cover as simmer on lowest setting for 24-30 hours.
Strain and cool and let settle, pour in to jars and freeze (with headroom for expansion).
Drink hot with a squeeze of lime and salt +\- fresh herbs.
SO DELICIOUS AND NUTRITIOUS !
